Now Hiring Customer Service Representatives


General Summary:

Long term, full-time Customer Service Representative position in a professional office setting inbound call center. This is an entry-level position starting at $8/hour with benefits and opportunity for growth and advancement. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30a.m. – 5:00. p.m. consistently 40 hours per week. Experience in healthcare is not required; the company provides paid training for the first 4 – 6 weeks of the position. The Troy and Rochester Hills locations are currently hiring.

Responsibilities:

·         Customer service representatives will be receiving incoming calls only from existing BlueCrossBlueShield members
·         This is not a sales position
·         Handle calls concerning issues such as balance and coverage inquiries

Qualifications:

·         Candidates must have a valid state ID
·         Reliable transportation
·         Clean background
·         Customer service experience preferred
