General Summary:

A local company is seeking to hire a full time individual with a good understanding of statistics, problem solving, manufacturing processes, and computers.Salary $48- $65K per year.

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure customer satisfaction through quick follow-up to problems/customer concerns, good root cause analysis and complete feedback

·         Coordinate special build events

·         Assist in TS16949/ISO 14001 maintenance

·         Thoroughly evaluate all customer returns and determine root causes

·         Communicate build concerns to work areas

·         Publish Quality Alerts as required

·         Monitor PRR Systems for customer problems

·         Coordinate seat replacement and pickup requirements

·         Follow up to ensure that standard work instructions, control plans and process FMEA address all customer build concerns

Qualifications:

·         4 year degree or related experience

·         Good written/verbal skills
