Volunteer Opportunity: Gladiator Rock'n Run @ Stoney Creek Metropark - 8/17/13

Greetings,

My name is Jacqueline and I am the Volunteer Coordinator for Gladiator Rock'n Run coming to Stony Creek Metropark August 17, 2013. I wanted to reach out to see if you or your members would be interested in volunteering at our event.

Gladiator Rock'n Run is a 6K Obstacle mud run hosted by former American Gladiator (from the TV Series American Gladiators) Dan "Nitro" Clark. He not only hosts the event-he is also the owner of Gladiator Rock'n Run and is on site for Race Day and Packet Pick Up! He is very involved and helps wherever he can to insure our participants, volunteers, and spectators have the best experience possible!

We would love to have you volunteer at our event at Stony Creek Metropark on August 17th! We have two shift available for our volunteers on Race Day: 6:00am-11:30am and 10:30am-4:00pm. 

There is also the option to volunteer both shifts if desired! (If volunteering all day volunteer will receive one Free entry to use at a future race at completion of the volunteer shift, or the free entry can be given to a friend or family member to run in the 12:30 pm wave on August 17th).

We also need volunteers at Packet Pick Up on August 16th (Location TBD): 11:30am-3:30pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm. Space for packet pick up volunteers is limited as the majority of our needs are for Race Day!

All of our volunteers will not only get to be a part of this INSANE event and experience the excitement of our expo and live bands, but will also receive a Gladiator Rock'n Run volunteer t-shirt, lunch, snacks, and a chance to help raise money for a very deserving cause-Talk About Curing Autism (TACA).
