Job Post: Executive Assistant in Rochester Hills



Now Hiring Executive Assistant

General Summary:

A company in Rochester Hills has a position for an Executive Assistant. Hours are 7:30a.m. to 6p.m. with an hour lunch. Pay is $20 to $25 per hour with overtime available.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone for the CEO
  • Organizing the CEO’s schedule
  • Booking international trips for the CEO including taxis, hotels, flights, etc.
  • Will be assisting CEO with his expense reports
  • Will be responsible for catering lunches for the CEO and his guests

Qualifications:

·         Great customer services skills are needed
·         Must be compassionate, confident, and able to communicate
·         Must know Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
·         Must keep the CEO’S calendar up to date and make the appropriate changes on a daily basis
·         Must have reliable transportation
·         Must be able to pass background and drug screen
