General Summary:

A metro area company is looking for concrete delivery professionals. This is not your standard ready-mix operation. This position offers a unique guaranteed pay plan, year round health benefits, 401(K) with company match, and an incentive based pay system.

Responsibilities:

·         Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order

·         Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned

Qualifications:

·         CDL-B with air brakes

·         Current DOT card

·         Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

·         All ready mix-drivers undergo drug screening

·         Must have a commercial driver’s license

·         Pass a physical examination

·         Maintain union membership

·         No more than 2 points on driving record
