Southwest Counseling Solutions is presently accepting applications/resumes for the position of PATH Supervisor.

Salary Range:  $37,067 to $54,869 w/benefits

Job Duties:  The Supervisor for Supportive Housing is responsible for coordinating the day-today operations of his/her assigned Supportive Housing Services team.  The Supervisor fully participates as a member of an interdisciplinary team whose goals are to meet the basic needs, enhance the quality of life, and increase the social skills and independence of the consumers they serve. Each Supervisor is assigned to a specific team with clear and well defined program guidelines, funding requirements and evaluation components that will vary from other teams and for which they will be evaluated. The Supervisor is responsible to the Program Director.

Qualifications:  Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in mental health discipline, Master’s Degree preferred.  Appropriate professional registration / certification by state / national authority required (e.g., CSW, LLP, RN, LPC).  At least three years professional experience in mental health / human services; managerial/supervisory experience preferred.  Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing, preferably experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook e-mail systems.  Possession of a valid driver's license and have access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.
