Job Post: Family Therapist via Ozone House

Ozone House is seeking a Family Therapist.  This is a full-time position, with benefits.

Purpose of Position:  This position is responsible for the provision of professional therapy to runaway and at-risk youth, and their families.  Primary service duties focus on youth accessing Ozone House’s emergency youth shelter, and their families.

Required Position Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with License in the state of Michigan
• At least one year of clinical experience with high risk adolescents and families required
• Understanding of family systems theory
• Demonstrated experience working with people from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and ability to effectively manage crisis situations
• Good written and oral communication skills, and organizational skills
• Flexibility in work schedule, including some evening availability, and on-call availability
• Comfort with meeting youth and families in their homes
