General Summary:
Provide
physical labor required to construct, maintain, and complete grounds assigned.
Safely operate all equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction by performing
all duties in the most efficient and professional manner. The pay is $8.00-$8.50/hour,
full-time with mandatory overtime and benefits.
Responsibilities:
·
Understand
and follow instructions according to assigned job and crew
·
Some
heavy lifting may be required for equipment
·
Responsible
for securing equipment and tools while on job sites, as well as company
grounds
·
Provide
minor maintenance as needed to all company tools and equipment
·
Communicate
any accidents or defective equipment to leader as well as fellow employees
·
Follow
all company policies and procedures- (there will be mandatory training
sessions pertaining to safety procedures and company policies)
Qualifications:
·
Must
have experience working on assembly line
·
Fast
paced production experience
·
Candidates
will be assigned to multiple areas of the assembly line (depending on the need
of the specific area)
·
Candidate
could perform duties such as sequencing automotive parts prior to being
shipped to the customer site, utilizing hand tools to secure components to the
part, pulling rubber components onto parts, assembling small components onto
the parts, sometime lifting 20-30lbs (depending on the area of assembly line
which we would know ahead of time)
·
Must
be able to work overtime as needed (some companies work 40 hours/week other
companies working mandatory 60+ hours including weekends
